2011-12 Program Assignments
Please click on the link below to see the monthly assignments for scheduling meeting programs. Two individuals are listed per month with the “lead” person marked with an asterisk. If you are assigned to a month and are not the lead, please get with that person to coordinate the programs.
If there is a conflict with the month, or if you would like to change or swap your assignment with other people, see Lisa Westmark, Chuck VanNatta, or Don Abel so the schedule can be modified. If there are any difficulties with scheduling a program; there are several members not assigned to months that are great resources for helping to get programs scheduled including many of the Club Officers, local newspaper, and Idea Program List.
Note that the board reserves certain dates for business meetings. No speakers are to be scheduled for those dates, which are listed on the hyperlink. So that we might obtain the best possible public notices of our programs, please send to Lisa Westmark, preferably by e-mail, your entire month’s program, by the second week of the month previous to yours. For each date, please include name of speaker, his or her position or rank, and the title of the presentation. If the speaker is someone of special distinction, add biographical detail.
